Hi friends - I have some exciting news. I’m running for Salt Lake County Council, District 3, proudly representing Murray, Taylorsville, West Jordan, Midvale, West Valley, and South Salt Lake.

Salt Lake County has always been my home. I was born and raised in Murray, and my wife, Kim, and I are raising our four sons in the same community that helped shape who I am today. This isn’t just where we live - it’s where our roots run deep. Like so many families, we value safety, affordability, and making sure our tax dollars are spent wisely and responsibly.

Through my time serving in our state party and running for the State House, I’ve always looked for meaningful ways to give back. I believe serving on the County Council is where I can best put that experience to work and make a real difference for the community I love.

County government impacts our daily lives more than many realize. It influences public safety, oversees budgets, and delivers essential services families rely on every day. I’m running to bring common-sense, conservative leadership that respects taxpayers, manages money responsibly, and keeps families and communities front and center in every decision.

I bring strong financial management experience, a deep understanding of our district, and a proven ability to earn trust in one of the most competitive areas in the state - all while staying true to our values.
